Upon joining the Relationships Foundation as their Senior Research Analyst, I became aware of a need for us to have a way of sensitively and effectively communicating the nuance surrounding the relationships in a group that wasn't achievable with existing tools. I led on the design and development of our RView analytics platform to address this need. Since becoming director of the Relationships Foundation I am thrilled that we have used this to give unique insight to schools in countries around the world, for local government associations and for the UK National Health Service. It continues to underpin the research and consultancy work the foundation carries out.
